Creating a New Schedule

Pline’s Schedule Workflow feature lets you configure and automate data extraction workflows to run at specific times, eliminating manual effort and ensuring reliable results.
Here's how to schedule a new workflow :
Navigate to the Schedules section
Click on Create a new Schedule button.
Select a workflow or use the dropdown to select the required workflow for scheduling.
Enter the URLs for data extraction.
Click Validate Link to confirm the workflow matches the URLs
The URLs must belong to the same domain as the selected workflow.
Remove any invalid links if detected, then click Next.
Choose to create a new dataset or append to an existing one.
Click Next to proceed.
Enter the schedule name, start date, and time.
Set the repeat frequency and end time with options like Never, End Date, or After X Runs.
Review the schedule summary and click Schedule to confirm
Once scheduled, the workflow will run as configured.
